Description

Welcome to Lake Breeze Cottage! This 1600 sq foot 3 bedroom-2 bath attached cottage was recently renovated. It boasts wood floors throughout, with an open concept kitchen/dining/living room with gas fireplace. The master bedroom with king bed and full bath are on the main level, with two additional bedrooms located on the second floor. The “kids room” has two twin beds and a daybed with trundle, and the third bedroom has a queen with daybed as well. Laundry and large bathroom with separate shower area are also upstairs. Spend your mornings drinking coffee and watching the deer from our over sized screened in porch with gas fireplace. Our cottage is tucked back out of the way and with a private feel, but close to everything. Walk to Douglas beach, ride your bike to Lakeshore Drive or Downtown Douglas. Saugatuck and Oval Beach are both a 5 minute drive. There are countless wineries, orchards and breweries to visit.Relax and enjoy the Art Coast of Michigan!
