Updates within the last year include all new windows, siding, cabinets, floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, doors, Smart 4k TV, Trex deck, bathroom, pergola, stamped concrete and a tankless hot water heater. The cottage also comes with access to a new aluminum dock with swim ladder and the use of a new kayak.The master bedroom has a brand new king sized mattress, the 2nd bedroom has two brand new twin mattresses. Couch has a pull out full mattress as well.We’ll never allow pets or smoking to ensure a clean, allergy free environment. Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 people overnight and no more than 3 cars at a time.The cottage is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay with freshly laundered bedding and towels provided.
