A quaint enclosed screened in porch with dinning table offers a setting just made for memories.The yard is large with plenty of room for BBQ and lawn games. Newly installed outdoor shower for added convenience.My home is close to the airport, art and culture, Portland, with its great restaurants , museums and boutiques, parks, and great views is only a 15 minute drive. You’ll love my place because you can walk to the beach or the lobster pound, smell the salt air and the opportunity to enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood. Outdoor activities within walking distance include Kayaking, water sports, EasternTrail bicycle-hiking trail, bird sanctuary and fishing. Old Orchard Beach only 3 miles away!
