Quiet cottage located on 6 acres adjacent to the Shelburne Pond Nature Reserve (400 acres) and only 15 min to the Church Street Marketplace in downtown Burlington. Enjoy x-country skiing or snowshoeing out the back door over to Shelburne pond (snowshoes provided) or stroll around the walking paths in the field and then warm up by the gas fireplace watching the birds in the trees and feeder.
