This 4 bedroom cottage is cute, cozy and centrally located – just 300 yards away from Cape Cod Bay and only 2.5 miles to the center of Wellfleet. The kitchen, dining and living areas offer room to relax and the four bedrooms (2 with queen sized beds, 1 with a full sized bed and 1 with 2 twin sized beds) offer plenty of privacy and comfort. One of the bedrooms even has a door to the upper balcony with beautiful water views of Indian Neck. With added amenities such as WIFI, flat screen TV with HD cable service, Blue Ray player, unlimited national calling, gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower, this cottage is a favorite! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
