This charming 1-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo located on Harbor Island can accommodate 4 guests, making it perfect for a couple’s beach getaway.Tastefully adorned in calming beach inspired colors and décor, the condo boasts a spacious living room, which includes a plush pullout sofa that sleeps 2, loveseat, and a smart TV with cable.Access to the screened-in porch with outdoor dining furniture is just off the living room. The porch is the ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, while taking in the spectacular palm tree views, and the ocean beyond them.Enjoy cooking meals in the well-equipped galley kitchen and dine together at the two-seat table just off the kitchen, or on the screened-in porch.The king-sized bedroom comes replete with a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a window that looks out onto impressive views.One dog no larger than 50 lbs. is permitted for an additional $100.The condo also has a half-bath. Guests have access to the communal laundry room near the condo entrance.*Please be advised that there is a flight of steps on the ground floor with access to the first floor.As a guest of Beach House Villas, you’ll enjoy access to an in-ground swimming pool, BBQ grill, fitness center and tennis court, offering plenty of entertainment in addition to the natural playground of Harbor Island. Between bird-watching, dolphin sightings, and calming walks along the beach, you’ll leave feeling relaxed, revived and rejuvenated.*Please be advised that all guests are required to have a car pass in order to access the island. Island car pass pricing is set by the HOA. Passes are $25 for the first night, then $10 each night thereafter for stays less than 8 nights. Stays 8-30 nights, car pass is a flat rate of $140. Price is per vehicle.Guests also have access to a Hunting Island Park pass.Please note that beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own!Please be courteous of tide charts for Harbor Island. On our island, high tide can swell to an average of 7-9 feet. At low tide, you may find that you will walk out about 100 yards to get to the ocean. Due to the shallow grade of our beach, we are a great spot for little ones with only small waves.This home is located in the Southeast coastal region. Insects are very common in this humid area (to include mosquitos, noseeums, wasps/ bees, palmetto bugs, ants, etc). While we do take all preventative measures to keep these bugs out with regularly scheduled pest control, there is always the possibility that one may sneak through an opening if an opportunity presents itself. Please try to keep doors shut to help keep any possible insects out.
