Adorable Four Bedroom Two Bathroom House. Sleeps 12. Conveniently located on dead end street and overlooking the Wells Salt Water Marsh. Plenty of parking. Less than two minute walk to the center of Wells Beach. Trolley Stop, Boardwalk Arcade, Playground, Shops and Restaurants all within walking distance.Most of the living and common space is on the ground floor. As you enter from the front door, you immediately enter into a bunkroom with two sets of twin bunks. There is also a couch, tv with cable and blu-ray, and AC.The next room is a very spacious living/dining area with two queen pullout couches. Dining Room Table with Chairs for 8. Flat Screen TV with Cable and Blu-Ray. AC Unit.Two Queen Bedrooms are also located on this level. Both Bedrooms have an AC Unit. Master Bedroom has Closet and Flat Screen TV with Cable and Blu-Ray. From the hallway, you can either go downstairs or into the kitchen. There is one full bathroom off the kitchen. Also back door onto deck leading to backyard. Gas Grill, Gas Firepit, and Outdoor Table and Chairs. Sunbrella Umbrella and Cushions.Lower Level: One Queen Bedroom. Large Den with Twin Bed. Couches and Card Table.
