Giant live oak trees with dripping Spanish moss will greet you at the front of the house. Once inside, entire wall of windows provides expansive view of beautiful and peaceful tidal marsh at the back. It has been totally renovated but decorated to keep some of the old world charm of 1970’s as it was built in those time. The house is at short walking distance (3 blocks) to the famous Harbour Town. Addition to beautiful harbor view they offer many water activities at the pier – pirate sails for the kids, nature tours, parasailing, wave running, boat rentals, charter fishing, and dinner cruises. Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the PGA Tour’s Heritage Classic, Sea Pines Racquet Club, and Habour Town pool (free access) are only 5 minute walk (2 blocks). Beautiful Sea Pines beach is just a short driving or bike riding distance.This home with high ceilings provides three spacious bedrooms; each has its own bathroom and TV. On the main floor, there is a bedroom with a king size bed. The master bedroom, which is on the second floor, has a king size bed and its own romantic balcony with an amazing view of the marsh. The third bedroom is also on the second floor and it has two comfy queen size beds. Your family and friends will love to have 2 queen size instead of usual twin size beds.
