Welcome to THE OWLS NEST. Estes Park Vacation rental #3160. You are welcome to call, or text me at anytime with questions. You may also instant book if you’d like. The Owls Nest is conveniently located right above Bond Park and the heart of downtown Estes Park. 1336 square foot house with a 350 square foot deck that overlooks the Stanley hotel , Lumpy mountain range and a partial view of lake Estes. Great viewing spot for the July 4th fireworks. Living room has great views Of Lumpy Range, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen are all located on the main floor. Main floor also has a bathroom with a shower, queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two twin beds. The main suite is upstairs and has been updated and is now completely private! No more partial loft. The main suite has a full bathroom walk-in closet and a good view of the Stanley Hotel and the Lumpy Ridge. We have a full size washer / dryer. the best WIFI Estes Park has to offer, and Four Smart TV’s one in each bedroom and one located in the living room. Wildlife is abundant. You are close to town and within walking distance to shopping, the Aerial Tramway, Fun city with miniature golf , slides, bumper boats and race cars. Fantastic location warm and cozy home. Clean, decorated classic contemporary. Personal attention to detail for your comfort , convenience, and your enjoyment. Wonderful outdoor space and private backyard with a grill. If you like golf, Estes Park Golf course was recently rated #6 in the United States for beautiful courses in the Golf Book of lists.
