We are so excited you are interested in renting out home. It is extremely well loved and well taken care of. We have recently renovated the entire yard (front, back, and sides).- Open Floor Plan w/ an inviting kitchen- Magical wrap around porch that views the recently landscaped yard, garden, and relaxing fountain- Guests describe this home as “magical” and “my favorite home of all time”. Everyone’s favorite part is the wrap porch and the yard with all the tropical palms and sting lights.- Our home’s historic name is the “Coleman Cottage”- All furniture is from the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (Brice LTD), Celadon, GDC home, or Smythe Interiors- Living room has a large TV and can sit 8 people (two sofas, two chairs, one floor cushion)- 7ft dining table is underneath the most gorgeous quartz crystal chandelier. Sure to make your meals 10x more enjoyable!- Family room has a TV, a sofa, and a chair. Half bath is right down the hall.- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need- Kitchen Nook has a long double layered floor pillow, perfect for morning coffee or reading- Master bedroom is downstairs. King bed- Master bathroom has two sinks, one shower, and one jacuzzi tub- Second bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed- Full bath is upstairs with a shower- Third bedroom is upstairs with a twin bed
