Our cottage is located in North Eastham, 1 mile from Campground Beach (bay side), within 4 miles to 5 other bayside beaches, 2.3 miles from Nauset Light Beach (ocean side), 3 miles from Coast Guard Beach (ocean side), and 0.25 miles from the Cape Cod Rail Trail—all just a short walk away from our home. The house is also near the quaint towns of Orleans, Chatham, and Wellfleet. The house is conveniently within walking distance of local ice cream shops and restaurants. There is also a drive-in movie theatre, a flea market, shopping, restaurants, boating, and golf just minutes away.The house itself features a recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances; we also offer a new propane fire pit to keep you warm on cool nights!There is a COMPUTER DESK and chair in the double bedroom if you need a space to do some workNEW for 2024 AC SPLITS In Every RoomAmenities include: high-speed Xfinity internet; full cable package; an outdoor fire pit; an outdoor propane fire pit/table; as well as a jacuzzi in the master bath!
