109 62nd Street – beautiful home located in the North End. The sought-after North End area is known as the “Gold Coast” for its wide, pristine & tranquil beaches. This area is perfect for beachgoers looking to relax. Public beach access is an easy walk across the street (approx 50 yards) yet convenient to the boardwalk (3 miles) so you get the best of both worlds. The recently renovated 1945 home is spacious and perfect for families. There are a total of 6 bedrooms & 3.5 baths. 5 of those bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms are in the main house. The detached garage includes an upstairs space which consists of a 1 bed/1bath studio perfect for in-laws or teens. There is an additional refrigerator offered in the downstairs area of the garage. A hot/cold outside shower is available to rinse off after a fun-filled day at the beach. Continue to enjoy time outdoors with the family grilling out on the Green Egg and eating smores with the kids using the gas-top fire table. Smart TV’s are provided in the living room and all bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and leads into a separate dining area. The master suite, located on the 2nd floor, offers a luxurious space for unwinding including relaxing in the free-standing oval soaking tub in the en-suite master bathroom.
