This home is on one of the most desired streets in San Fernando. It’s close to the Metrolink and 20-30 minutes away from most of the Los Angeles landmarks. It’s a great home for groups or families to vacation and enjoy all of LA has to offer!The property has a unit directly behind the main house that may have guests. The guests will access the unit through the side gate and side porch.There is a charcoal grill that is available for grilling. If you would like to use it please bring charcoal.This is a family neighborhood. No parties, loud gatherings, or loud noises.The city of San Fernando has it’s own police department and they are quick to respond to any issues that arise.
