A charming cottage within walking distance to downtown Boyne City with lovely views of Lake Charlevoix. This home has three air-conditioned bedrooms with a master suite (king size bed) on the 1st floor with a full bath and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. with a full bath.. It’s very clean and neat just waiting for you and your family to enjoy. The cottage sleeps six people comfortably. The home is NOT on the lake nor does it offer lake access. however, the back patio offers a nice place to relax and enjoy lake views and lake breezes.
