Description

This newly constructed house on Lake Keowee is paradise. It is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, sleeps 10 people comfortably. Two bedrooms with queen beds on the main floor and two bedrooms in the basement, one with a queen and the other with a bunk bed and trundle (2 full and 1 twin mattresses). All bedrooms have a lakeview. In addition, there is a very convenient office in the basement if you have to find some quiet time to work. The Wireless Internet is strong and dependable throughout the house.There is plenty of space to enjoy yourself no matter what you like. You can relax in an enclosed deck or enjoy the sun and some grilling in a spacious outdoor deck. In the basement, there is a ping pong table. Outside, we have a private dock to enjoy the lake with two kayaks for you to enjoy. The cove is a great place to swim, fish and watch the sun rise. If you want to bring your boat or rent one, Sunset Marina is less than a mile away.We are located 20 minutes away from Clemson University. There are several towns close by to visit. In addition, there are so many beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails. The options are endless.We welcome long term renters. Now that working remotely is an option, this is a great place to get away to a wonderful quiet town and still be able to work. Rentals exceeding 14 days will be required to pay additional fees for cleaning every two weeks. Please contact me to discuss the rates for extended stays.
