The paved driveway is in excellent condition and easily accessible year-round…no need for 4WD. Ice melt is provided in case of ice on the driveway or stairs during the winter months.Knotty Knoll is one of VRBO’s most popular cabins in Bryson City and has maintained a 5 Star rating for over 20 years.The open floor plan features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a wood burning fireplace faced with local creek stones. Dry split firewood is provided for an optional $25 fee. Please provide your own kindling.The cabin features 2 bedrooms.. one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. The spacious loft has 2 additional twin size beds along with a full bathroom.The main floor full bathroom features a clawfoot tub/shower.The loft full bathroom features a shower.Liquid hand soap is provided as well as travel-size shampoo and conditioner.The living room offers a comfortable sectional sofa that seats 4 and a cushioned rocker. The dining room table will accommodate 6. The upstairs loft provides additional space for children and adults, 2 twin beds, a small game table with 2 chairs, and a relaxing easy chair.The kitchen is well equipped with updated appliances, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, blender, electric mixer, crock pot, 4-slice toaster, and coffee makers (espresso, regular, and Keurig). Dish detergent and paper towels provided.The game room with a half bath is accessible only from the garage/basement. It features a pool/billiard table, wet bar, flat screen TV, and surround sound system.Enjoy beautiful views from the large covered porch that is outfitted with rockers, porch swing, and ceiling fans.The backyard provides the perfect space to hang out near the fire pit or soak in the clean hot tub while taking in the awesome views!
