Our cottage is completely remodeled in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to hospitals, Universities and tech industry. Kitchen and bathrooms have heated floors and towel warmers. The primary bedroom has a new king bed and en-suite bathroom with no-threshold shower lit by Brazilian labradorite granite. Additional bedroom has new Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over tub. Lovely private garden is completely fenced.Convenient to CalTrain, all freeways, Stanford, Menlo Park, & Palo Alto.Our home has been extensively renovated with alarm system, heat, aircon, and high-end kitchen appliances. There is a pantry/laundry shed off the kitchen with new W/D with sanitize settings and extra fridge. This house is perfect for healthcare workers, families with children, faculty, or finance and tech consultants. The two queen bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, which works well for sharing the house with family and friends. The living room, dining room and kitchen in the center of the home. Bedrooms have medium firm, top quality, queen mattresses and organic linens. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. One with shower over tub, the other bathroom has a walk in, no threshold shower and lighted granite niche. Large, fenced, completely private lawn, garden and patio with South and West exposure. Perfect for watching the sunset. There is an outdoor shower and large soaking tub (AKA horse trough) with water that drains on fruit trees. Kids and pets welcome with their lovely owners. Off street parking for 4 cars right in front of house, and one lockable parking space behind front gate.New fiber optic Internet connection and air purifier with Heppa filter. Security system.Pet fee $50- $200 per pet per week on case by case basis.Our neighborhood is friendly and mostly single family homes.Groceries and restaurants deliver food. Very convenient to local markets, Costco, Safeway, and many restaurants, wine bars, breweries, and bike trails.
