You could used your favorite streaming app (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon PrimeVideo etc) to watch your favorite shows in the king size bed comfort.The bathroom is fully renovated and yields to a good size walk-in closet for your suitcases and hanged clothes. Laundry room includes full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.King size bed in the bedroom with Beautyrest mattress. Linens, pillows, bath towels and hair dryer are provided.The garden-facing balcony, equipped with patio furniture, allows you to enjoy the gentle warmth of the evenings.The complex has numerous places to park your car. There are no designated spots so park wherever you want. The building is very conveniently placed near the clubhouse and the heated (if needed) salt water pool. The condo is on the building side opposite to the pool so you are perfectly insulated from whatever little noise the pool/barbecue area might generate.Across the street there is a “Publix” supermarket. 24/7 Walmart is 5 min driving down S Missouri Ave. “Abe’s Place Tap & Grill” restaurant is right next door and the bus stop right in front.Cycling enthusiast, bring over your bicycles to enjoy the “Pinellas Trail”!Must be over 25 to book.
