Just 4 short blocks to the beach, super close to the best shopping and dining Naples has to offer, and a short distance to the Naples Pier. Magnificent Banyan tree greets you on arrival, enjoy views of the pool and tropical landscaping from the screened lanai.Additional features include electric shutter in the lanai, stackable washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, 3 TV’s, cable, Wifi, portable bluetooth speakers and a wireless printer. Also provided are numerous fun board games and sporting equipment including tennis racquets, basketball, volleyball, soccer ball, football and pool noodle floats. The condo is fully stocked with 2 sets of sheets for all the beds, bath towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. There is also a grill provided for all guest use around the pool.Minimum 30 day stay and maximum 60 day stay.This is a small 10 unit condo complex split in two separate buildings with the pool in the middle.
