Kayaking, paddle boarding, tide pooling, and sunbathing awaits. BBQ and relax while enjoying the view on your private deck off the eat-in kitchen after a day at the beach. Pristine 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath 2nd floor unit with open floor plan living, kitchen, and dining. Pull out queen sofa bed in living room, bedroom has king bed and ensuite full bath. Garage spot under with direct entry to unit. Location is ideal, 5 minutes (1 mile walk/bike) to shops and restaurants of Short Sands and 10 minutes to shops and restaurants of Ogunquit/Perkins Cove. Walk across the street to Cape Neddick Lobster House for lunch or dinner! Friday to Friday bookings only in July and August. New minisplits for ac/heat! Fast wifi, TV in living room is amazon firestick TV.
