We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and Ladderball for your enjoyment.Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $125 pet fee (2 dogs max). We kindly ask that pets stay off the beds and furniture and that you clean up after them using the provided poop bags. Please do not leave any pets unattended, as you will be responsible for any damages that may occur.Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted on the property. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to fines, an increased cleaning fee, and reimbursement for any damages.Please note that we do not offer refunds for weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, or other factors beyond our control.
