Your private pool is a unique elbow-shaped design that the kids are sure to find fun for water play, and the whole lot is slightly elevated, so you can enjoy a gorgeous view (and a little extra privacy) from your deck while you’re catching some rays! If the sun gets to be a little much, or the rain stands to ruin your outdoor fun, take the party indoors to challenge your friends and family to some healthy competition in the game room!Local amusements are near enough to enjoy with ease, while still being just far enough away to offer an escape from the hustle and bustle of Orlando’s tourist corridor when you just want to enjoy “home”.Florida law – guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day – minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens.
