Great fishing opportunities surround you in this beautiful waterway. At the beach you will find a mooring buoy for your boat, a dock for easy loading and a wonderful place to swim for both children and adults.The Rails to Trails: By the beach you can access the Rails to Trails, which offers hiking and biking in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter. The trail takes you along the Mullett Lake shoreline to Cheboygan or Indian River and spans a total of 61.9 miles from Mackinaw City to Gaylord. For snowmobiling the trail can take you to many other connecting trails throughout Northern Michigan.Distances to points of interest: Gaylord, Michigan’s golf Mecca, is only 37 miles away.
