Smoking or vaping (of any kind) is strictly prohibited on this property. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping.-One small to medium sized non-aggressive dog allowed (no other animals). There is a $55 non-refundable pet fee collected when booking the reservation (per month). Dog must not be left unattended for prolonged periods of time and kept on leash when on property. All pet relief must be performed off the property. The beautiful Grape Street Dog Park is within easy walking distance.-To ensure an enjoyable environment for all guests, a repeat barking nuisance constitutes a formal violation of the house rules and will result in the forfeit of your reservation without refund.
