Off the living room you’ll also find a full bathroom with a walk in shower.Past the living room is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for everyone! The primary suite is found beyond the kitchen and includes another original fireplace, a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, beautiful tiling detail and walk-in shower.This home is in the heart of the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood with amazing restaurants and shopping just outside your doorstep.Please be aware that this historical home may require additional considerations. Due to its age and historical significance, the insulation may not meet modern standards. As a result, during extremely hot months, the HVAC system may struggle to keep up with cooling demands. Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton’s Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm – 8am.10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host’s discretion.Alteration Policy: Any change of dates or cancellation of any nights of the original reservation will not be approved within 60 days or arrival.Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event.
