A charming two storied Cape Cod cottage just off Cape Cod Bay, sitting up quiet private lane in serene setting with own pond. A perfect beach for swimming, clamming, shells and lazy walks in all directions. One can walk across the famous Brewster flats out to the oyster beds where you may find an oyster man or local fisherman. Max’s Pond is a short stroll down a wooded path where one can sit and enjoy a private moment. Golf and tennis courts nearby. A private gem awaits you.PHOEBE’S COTTAGE first joined VRBO in 2015 and welcomed guests up until 2021.In 2021 due to illness the cottage was taken offline and dozens of highly rated reviews were eliminated.
