This charming home has been completely updated with a new kitchen with quartz counter-tops, open floor plan and updated bathroom!As you open the door to this home you will notice the living room, dining room and kitchen are all open. The kitchen boast a gas stove, subzero refrigerator, open breakfast bar with stools. Off the living room is a sunroom with a twin bed. The original ship lap has been repurposed on the sunroom walls adding character and warmth. The living room has an inviting sectional with a large flat screen TV. Off the living room you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a walk-in shower.The backyard is fenced in with a spacious deck, outdoor shower and gas grill.*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 6/1/19 to 8/24/19; 3 night minimum in off season.*Note: Washer/dryer located in detached finished garage, located just off the back deck. IOP does not permit occupancy of any detached buildings – garage is for storage and laundry.
