Dressed in neutral tile flooring and a coastal casual decor, the main living space features rich wood beam accents on the ceilings and walls, custom cabinetry and built-ins, plus a custom finished bar and pass through that opens to the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen enjoys upgraded appliances and tile flooring, bright cabinets and counter tops, ample storage space, and is open to the sun room and back deck for ease of dining outdoors. Two spacious first-floor guest bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax, plus large closets, and upgraded private bathrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys privacy from the rest of the villa. Complete with his and her closets, tall ceiling, and picture windows with gorgeous water and golf course views, the masters private bathroom offers vaulted ceilings, tile flooring, separate soaking tub, and walk-in shower.Flat screen televisions are throughout and wireless internet and a desk are provided in case you must work while on your vacation (though we hope you don’t!).
