Bayview Cottage features central air conditioning throughout, gleaming hardwood floors in living areas, a newly tiled kitchen with gas stove, stainless appliances w/ dishwasher and microwave, granite counters, breakfast bar, and separate prep area/wine bar with wine cooler. Enjoy the comforts of this tastefully decorated ranch 4/10 mile stroll from Forest Beach, conservation area and near a neighborhood tennis court. On the calendar you will note that during the high Summer Season (June to August, we do a minimum of 7 day/weekly rental.There is also an outdoor shower for after your beach trips.
