Enjoy waterfront living in this cozy New England cottage – Property 304. With two bedrooms and two baths, six guests are able to be comfortably accommodated, and are able to choose from a queen-sized bed and a pyramid bunk bed (queen on bottom/twin on top) plus a sleeper sofa on the lower level. There are two bathroom, one on each level, each with a shower stall only.The living room offers plenty of seating for your group to gather and talk about the day’s plans, or catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen television. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with both large and small appliances, and ready for meal prep. Dine as a family at the six-person table, or take your plates to the sun-room to enjoy the gorgeous natural lighting and beautiful lake views. A gas grill is also available for your use. Downstairs, guests will find another sitting room, complete with a television, books, and cozy seating, perfect for the kids!The public beach is conveniently a half mile away, and all guests must read and sign the Association Rule prior to this home’s final rental confirmation.
