This historic home has been enjoyed by six generations of our family, and we’re so excited to share it with you. This beachfront cottage sits steps from Little Peconic Bay and boasts an incredible view–you won’t find a better spot to watch the sunset. Offering private bay access with spacious waterfront patio, covered porch, deck with gas grill, and a renovated outdoor shower. While the house has been here for nearly 100 years, the full bathroom is brand new. Located in a gated community in the hamlet of Noyac, adjacent the beautiful Elizabeth Morton Wildlife Refuge, you’re 5 miles from Sag Harbor and 9 miles from ocean beaches. It’s the perfect setting for a serene summer getaway!
