Waterfront home located on wooded lot with easy slope to custom dock. Be sure to view our video for greater impression of property. A little dated since we have put in new block steps, walkways, and fresh deck paint.Dock offers multiple levels for sun and fun. Spend the day on the dock, fishing,swimming, tubing, or jumping off the upper deck. Keep snacks in the dockrefrigerator or microwave. Comcast TV over the covered area bar. Floater dockkeeps your boat ready to deploy.Relax in our country porch swing or hammock, have a meal on upper or lower areas facing water and main channel. Before you turn in , relax by the fire pit with family and plan your next day! Split firewood in reach of your chair.We rent Saturday to Saturday, CHECK IN at 4:00 PM and CHECK OUT is 10 AM.**The pet fee provided in the quote is only for 1 pet therefor if you are bringing any more than 1, please make mention of any others in order to be billed appropriately and also note that the maximum dogs allowed at the property is 2. The pet fee is calculated as $175.00 per dog per week**
