This beautiful cottage is located off Exit 33 off I77 in the Pointsubdivision. It is a nicely furnished waterfront home withoutstanding views of Lake Norman. This home features new HVAC, new interior and exterior paint and hardwood floors throughout! The lake views are spectacular and there is plenty of room for family and friends to relax in comfort. There is a large family room that opens up to the kitchen, as well as an enclosed sun room with panoramic views of the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. Two of the 5 bedrooms are on the main floor, including the master bedroom which features a king sized bed, large screen TV and custom master bath. Two bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom. The first room is a semi-private room with two twin beds and a lovely electric fireplace. The room off of the twin bedroom features a new foam mattress King bed. Family and friends will love the large bonus room loft above the garage, which also makes a great place to send the teenagers after along day on the lake. This room also features a large screen TV, ample seating, full bath and a queen bed with a high boy dresser.This home is on some of the best deep water Lake Norman has to offer. There is a boat ramp on the property that guests are welcome to use. The large dock is fully equipped to tie up a boat, with a double jet dock for jet skis and more. The dock also features a diving board and ladder, and is perfect for swimming, sunbathing or just hanging out and relaxing! The home has a full deck with table & chairs & umbrella, plenty of seating and a patio with a propane gas grill. As an added bonus, this home sits next door to another vacation rental making this home perfect for larger events or multi-family vacations!
