We completely renovated this bright & airy space from top to bottom with a touch of rustic-modern; near Old Colorado City, the new hot spot destination of Colorado Springs that is located close to just about everything you’d want to do. Just browse through the photos and you’ll see why we are so proud of this space, loaded with all the bells & whistles sure to assist in making your stay memorable, relaxed and stress free. We’re also proud to boast we now have central A.C.!!!Entering the home you will first notice the restored, original hard wood flooring which covers most of the home. The charming living/dining combo offers a rustic-modern feel with plenty of room for small or larger families.The large, bright kitchen has a nice pantry and loads of cabinet storage, butcher block counters, accent tile and all stainless steel appliances. The side door opens onto a nice deck, fenced in yard and grill (just look in the pantry for charcoal & lighter fluid).The hallway leads to a HUGE, private master suite. Vaulted ceilings, private master bath with jetted tub and two walk-in closets. The master has a fireplace and the back door also leads to the side deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have TVs, DVD players, closet and extra blankets. The 2nd bedroom provides a full size bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full).There are loads of fun artwork and curious shelving accessories everywhere you look. We have TVs in all the bedrooms for those days you want to stay in or catch the big game. There are also DVD players and movies in the living room on each end of the fireplace.It’s just a short drive, sometimes walk, to many of the main attractions in Colorado Springs such as Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Manitou Springs, Red Rock Canyon Park is across the street, Pikes National Forest, Pikes Peak summit & great views of it, Cave of the Winds, the incline and lots more!Within walking distance from the town home is hiking & biking trails, Garden of the Gods is right behind you and Red Rock Canyon is in front across Hwy 24. There are restaurants all around you in either Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Ivy Wild or downtown. You are right in the middle of it all! Downtown is only a few miles away with museums, shops, more restaurants & breweries, US Olympic Center and more.Nearest Commercial Airport: Colorado Springs Airport, 7770 Milton E Proby Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80916 (~11.4 miles away) & Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249 (~86.2 miles away).Penrose and UC Health Memorial Hospital are both just right downtown with quick access from Hwy 24 and just about 10 minutes away.
