It is a brief 5 min walk and 2 min drive from the Waterville Valley Estates recreational center and 10-15 minutes from Waterville Valley Village Ski Area as well as the Lincoln Town Center and Loon Mountain Ski resort area. The town of Campton has a beautiful golf course, scenic panorama restaurant, award winning brewery, retro arcade, covered bridge and unforgettable Dam.This home is fully furnished with modern amenities like a smart tv, wireless internet, Keurig while having the privacy of a wooded backyard, fire pit, grill, large deck and several accessible forest trails across the street. All you need is yourself, clothes and hiking/ski equipment and your all set.It is located about 100 yards from the community center and 200 yards to Campton Mtn Ski Area (Great for beginners and cheap). The Waterville Valley Estates Recreational community center is fully equipped. Day Passes can be purchased at the Community Center. It has 4 pools(one outside, one outside adult pool, 2 inside), 2 jacuzzi’s (outside/inside), indoor and outdoor bar, basketball court, exercise room, locker rooms, sauna, game room, function hall, tennis courts and a private pond.* 1 Guest Pass included with Stay.
