Luxury linens included.Kitchen:The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and includes a full size refrigerator, a portable induction cooktop, microwave oven, Keurig and regular coffee maker, dishes, glasses, utensils, wine glasses, cookware, a toaster, and of course, a blender to mix up tropical drinks. You’ll also receive a starter pack with paper towels, dish soap, a sponge and tea/coffee/creamer/sugar.Bathroom:You will fall in love when you walk into the bathroom and see the huge walk-in shower with plenty of room for 2. However, you have access to the indoor and outdoor pools and lazy river which are all oceanfront! Your rental includes only the amenities paid for by the Homeowners Association.This is a no-smoking unit. Minimum age is 25.
