A door opens onto the front porch, which is the perfect spot to enjoy afternoon drinks and snacks or just a quiet moment after a day at the beach. The yard is professionally landscaped and well-maintained, with a large, green lawn and beautiful plantings. Rinse off after the beach in the fully enclosed outdoor shower, privately located in the backyard. A full bathroom with tub and shower, queen bedroom and sitting area are also on this level. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms – queen and two twins – and a half bath. The upstairs queen bedroom has cable TV and is very spacious. The twin bedroom is cozy and features a reading nook and cabinet full of kids’ books and games. All bedrooms are outfitted with window AC units, and there are portable fans as well.
