2010 Chatham Preservation Award RecipientThis 1820 Cape was completely restored in 2008 and combines a classic exterior with a traditional interior while enjoying the amenities of a modern home, including central air conditioning.A charming home with architectural details, such as wide pine floors and two fireplaces, is located on a quiet lane just two blocks from the shops on Main Street and three blocks from Oyster Pond.The first floor includes an open floor plan that has a kitchen with custom built cabinets, gourmet appliances, and granite counter tops, a dining area, and a family room area with a flat screen television/DVD.
