Whether you choose to sit on the porches listening to the waves or watching the deer that ponder throughout the property daily, the home is filled with entertainment for adults and children.The Point offers privacy to beachgoers with its large sandy beaches with plenty of space. Public beach access to the ocean is a short stroll away, approximately a 5-minute walk. Enjoy basking in the sun, fishing, or collecting seashells, The Point is an excellent beach for it.Sleep up to 12 people in this 2077 sq foot home with two separate living quarters. Outdoor stairs to lower-level apartment.The main level and top floor has:Master bedroom (Q) with a full bathroom. TV w/ dvd playerSecond bedroom with 2 full beds, full bathroom in the hallway.Upstairs bedroom with 2 full beds, a full bathroom and outside deck.
