Three of the four bedrooms have a Queen size bed and the fourth bedroom is equipped with Twin bunk beds! Both sets of rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between them.Upon walking inside, you will find the first two bedrooms located on the right-side of the house, one with a Queen bed (front, street facing room), the second with another Queen bed and TV (back, canal facing room), both with direct access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, with a shower/tub combo. The other two bedrooms, also adjoined by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower, are one with a Queen bed and TV (front, street facing room), and the other with a Twin over Twin bunk bed and TV (back, canal facing room).The kitchen is fully stocked for guests and perfectly spacious for cooking meals for family and friends! Enjoy meals outdoors around the dining table or downstairs after grilling out, while simultaneously enjoying the scenery overlooking the beautiful canal. The fenced in private back yard has ample room for cookouts and activities. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.**The dock and canal are meant to be enjoyed responsibly. Please note there are inherent dangers associated with water including drowning. Please be safe and wear a personal flotation device around the water and monitor children and those are not strong swimmers.**In the peak season (Memorial Day – Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.**In the off-season (Labor Day – Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $210 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party.
