This home has recently been renovated inside and the beach strand re-nourishment completed. All that is needed is some sunscreen, a good book and vacation memories to be made.On the ground level there is enough room for 4 cars, enclosed outdoor shower, and golf cart charging outlets.The first floor includes the kitchen (with a drip coffee maker), living and dining area, and laundry room. Along with a half baht, and two bedrooms with king beds that share a jack-n-jill bathroom.The second floor have the remaining bedrooms. Two rooms with 2 doubles, one room with 2 twins, and the remaining room with 1 queen.PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kindNO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.NO Smoking inside or on/around the premiseNO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premisePlease note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.*Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking*Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.In the peak season (Memorial Day – Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.**In the off-season (Labor Day – Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $230 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party.
