This house was just completed in Dec 2022. It is a unique 2 bedroom house fully furnished. With a fenced in backyard, it makes it perfect for dogs. Washer and dryer, a kuerig, fully stocked kitchen. Zero party tolerance as this is a quiet location. Neighbors are too close so parties will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds. Parties will be broken up immediately and entire rental money will be forfeited and you’ll be asked to leave. A $250-$750 fine will be administered if a house party is thrown.Lazy river accessible in the summer and spring!
