Dining is set up for six and there is a spacious living room all in an open concept living environment. We have a large back yard with fire pit and BBQ.Essex Junction is in the heart of Chittenden County, and is close to ski resorts, bike trails, shopping and amazing food!We live close-by, but offsite, but are always a phone call, text or email away. Feel free to let us know if you need anything or have any questions!Abnaki Avenue is in a residential area within Essex Junction. The area is just 15 minutes to Burlington, and a short drive to many shops, restaurants and recreational experiences.There is room for two cars on the right hand side of the driveway, one in front of the other.Please note, this property also features a two bedroom one bath basement unit with separate entrance and is also available to rent if you need more space. Both units are standalone and fully equipped. While they are separate units, they do share a rear stairwell that leads to the shared back yard.Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
