Located just 35 min outside of downtown Fredericksburg you will find our lovely home nestled in Unionville, VA. You can put your feet up and relax after a long day of hiking historic trails or hunting within the 60 acres of semi-wooded property. With signed hunting permission from owner,This three-story, mid-century, modern farmhouse offers 1.5 baths, three bedrooms, and a bonus room on the top floor, an ideal playroom for kids. —large front and backyard to hang out w/ plenty of parking. Hunting on the premises is allowed but all Wildlife Game and Federation rules and regulations are to be abided. A short term hunting permission agreement during your stay will be required if intending to hunt.
