The property has 2 (google NEST) smart thermostats which are controlled by our management remotely. 1 is on first floor and the 2nd is upstairs. Guests will not be able to change settings for the thermostats are locked. However guests are able to adjust temperature in the range of 72- 77° by turning thermostat knob, clockwise or counterclockwise.The Thermostat will not go below 72°.If guests desire to go below 72° the management will accommodate that for a fee of $15 a day. Then, settings will be changed to 68°-77°.for which payment may be sent in advance via zelle or other payment methods.OTHER THINGS TO NOTEWe provide limited house supplies such as trash bag, toilet paper, toiletries etc. Detergent for a washer and a dishwasher. It is recommended to stop at the store before coming and get food and house suppliesNO SMOKINGAbsolutely no indoor smoking, it will require $200+ cleaning and deodorizing charge.POOL/SPAPool/spa heating is optional at $35 a day, minimum 3 days. need to be paid at least 24 hours in advance to avoid extra service fee of $35 to power on the heater.PETSPets are allowed for a $200 fee PER PET PER STAY. It takes extra cleaning and special sanitizing to eliminate the odor.HOA RULESHOA has quiet rule and they are very strict about it. Zero tolerance for noise after 10 pm.parking rulesGuests who drive vehicles must have parking pass and not blocking other house’s entrance. No RV, no recreational vehicle, no commercial truck such as U-Haul. The community allows up to five vehicles per house, and the need to pre-register all drivers in advance for gate access.Vacation homes have a much higher wear and tear then residential.
