Welcome to this beautiful Cape Cod oasis! Completely renovated and immaculate ranch located on a beautiful corner lot in a great neighborhood for walking, biking and quickly getting wherever you want! Every year we invest in new upgrades for the property, with major updates in 2021 including a completely renovated, bright open concept kitchen with a breakfast bar separation to the large living room. The bathroom was also completely remodeled floor to ceiling with all new fixtures. A mudroom was added to store all of your grab and go vaca necessities and breezy access to the back patio. New lighting throughout the home makes the home just as bright during the evening hours as during the day when the sunlight beams through. Decor and paint, inspired by the colors of summer and the beach, will instantly relax you. Central Air Conditioning will keep you cool on those hot summer days. Sip your coffee on the back patio, barbecue on the gas grill or watch your kids play in the huge back yard from the comfort of the Adirondack chairs. Load your car with the coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys (all provided for your convenience!) and head to Smuggler’s Beach, 5 minutes away without ever having to get on Route 28! After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. A nice night in is no problem with a kitchen loaded with everything you can imagine, Smart TVs, DVD player, Bose speakers, games, ect.
