The living room is equipped with a pool table and big screen 65″ TV with high speed internet and free Wi-Fi . 2 kayaks for a fun time on the lake and a BBQ grill are available as well . Come live and breathe the dream !Liability Waiver:You understand that hot tub use, nearby lake swimming, the use of kayaks, hiking is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the hot tub, swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using the hot tub, swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that using the hot tub, swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the hot tub, swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person use the hot tub, swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.
