There is a covered patio with furniture in the back with a very large private fenced in yard. The front porch has a porch swing and where you can enjoy morning coffee.Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Raleigh, Cameron Village, Midtown and North Hills, and Red Hat Amphitheater, which hosts some of Raleigh’s premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife. NCSC is just 10 minutes away, 10 minutes to PNC Arena and the NC State Fairgrounds and a quick 15 minute drive to RDU International Airport. WakeMed Hospital is also just minutes away.It is self check in so anytime you arrive after 4:00 is fine. I will always just be a phone call away if needed but allow you privacy to enjoy your space.PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a pet and you do not add the $75 pet fee to your initial reservation, it will be double once you arrive at the property or if not disclosed at all, there will be a $500 fine. There will also be an additional cleaning fee if you allow your pets on the furniture or bedding.No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings and all guests must be noted on the reservation.The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
