You’ll be close to all of the Phoenix metropolitan area in a great house. 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Large and spacious backyard along with a dedicated workspace. Backyard is newly renovated with a turf area, small putt putt feature, fire pit, and propane BBQ grill.Guesthouse (casita) not included in this reservation. The guesthouse may be occupied, and the backyard will be shared if so. If you’d like to rent the entire property (main house plus guest house) please reach out. The casita contains a full bed with 1 full bathroom.For events, both the guesthouse and main house must be rented to ensure a private event. Host approval must be given for events or parties.
