This lovely home offers guests privacy, expansive ocean and beach views, a large deck with outdoor seating, and all the amenities you could need to spend a carefree vacation. Inside, this vacation rental features an airy living area with comfortable furnishings, a large fireplace, a formal dining room, and a telescope for nighttime stargazing and daytime wildlife viewing, including whales, seals, migrating seabirds, and more. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers stainless steel appliances, modern utensils, marvelous granite countertops, and a convenient island. The large, brand new, six-person hot tub is the start of this house – it’s sunken into the deck, which means you can relax and soothe your muscles while admiring the views. Also, you’ll have access to a private, long stairway down to wild, rocky landing (tide dependent). The trail is challenging and strenuous. This residence is the top floor of the home. Downstairs, with separate parking and entryways, are Suite 1 and Suite 2. Both are high-end units of a luxurious two-story home and the other two units may be occupied, so please walk gently.This vacation rental is less than three miles away from the charming town of Trinidad and its world-famous beaches – Trinidad State Beach is two miles away, Old Home Beach is three miles away, and Baker Beach is less than four miles south. The nearby Patrick’s Point State Park offers a plethora of outdoor activities such as hunting for agates, exploring tidepools, and walking through a jungle of shrubs and trees. Trinidad’s two heads, Elk and Trinidad, overlook picturesque coves and rugged off-shore rocks.Things to know:This is a split-level home. A smaller studio and a three-bedroom suite occupy the bottom level of this home and are rented separately.While this home is not dog-friendly, the owners of the house have two small non-shedding dogs that live at the property when the unit is unoccupied by guests.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Security camera details: Cameras face front and side driveways. Camera also faces public entryways of downstairs suites.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
